October Journal Challenge

In case you missed it, here are the daily journal prompts for the month of October

1- Welcome to a New Month! Reflecting on September. What went well? What were some obstacles during the month? What were you able to accomplish?

2- What intentions would you like to set for October? Think about what you would like to accomplish for your mental, physical and spiritual. Set 1 -2 intentions for each area.

3- Rule of 5- Write 5 things you would like to do this month to treat yourself like holy ground.

4- Which is more important? Getting or letting go? Why?

5- What does happiness mean to you? What brings you happiness?

7- On Day 6 you pondered how you stay true to yourself... Today think about What makes you YOU?

8- What is something you've always wanted to do? What holds you back from doing it ?

9- What does real rest look like? How can you experience that this weekend?

10- List 10 things you want to accomplish. Prioritize the list.

11- Let's be greatful in advance. Write a thank you letter to the week ahead.

12- What is on repeat in your mind? Reflect on what it is and why does the thought keep coming up?

13- What song has most influenced you? Why is it significant to you?

14- Complete the sentence. I am consistent with...

15- Grace- Verb - To confer dignity or honor on ; Adorn I show myself grace by...

16- So far this month I've learned....For the remainder of the month I would like to...

17- Everyone is on a journey. What do you need to leave behind to begin yours?

18- If all your prayers were answered, would it change the world or just yours?

19- What expectations of "normal" am I letting go of today?

20- How do you hold yourself back?

21- What gives you strength?

22- What verb best describes you?

23- As the weekend approaches answer the prompt: Today I will connect with myself by...

24- What makes you laugh? How can you experience more of that?

25- What makes you feel at peace?

26- Today I welcome new beginnnings. What are you welcoming into your life in this moment?

27- What motivates you when you're most productive?

28- How do you recharge?

29- Gratitude in turn attracts more gratitude. Write down 3 experiences that have shaped you for the better, that were once a struggle but ultimately worked out for the best & that you learned from.
