My name is Davina Lanelle! I am the owner and operator of A Journey of Blu. I am a teacher of sorts both in life and in yoga. I earned my yoga teacher certification in 2019 as well as my Level I Reiki certification in 2020. In 2019 a message that was given to me called for me to "settle down" and I simply laughed...normally many women my age would automatically believe that was a symbol that it was time to get into a relationship or get married but the message was much deeper than that...

To settle down for me is settle into the truest form of my current self. To truly tap into the growth within and be comfortable with my new journey. To exhibit equanimity and be grounded and settled in emotional and difficult situations. To be consistent in my expectations and vocal in expressing my perspective...thus A Journey of Blu was born...
The word Blu stems from the word blue which symbolizes trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith, heaven, and intelligence. The color blue has positive affects on the mind and the body...Blue can be strong and steadfast or light and friendly. A Journey of Blu depicts a journey one takes to become their truest self. Through the consistent practice of affirmations, lifestyle changes and self restoration one is able to renew.
